Working in Australia for small business, national and global organisations and responsible for professional, government and executive disciplines as well as niche retail, call centre and onsite ‘blue collar’ placements, Liana has herself balanced both full time and part time jobs with the very full time role of motherhood. She has two children.

After twenty years in retail and recruitment working for one of the world’s leading agencies whilst running her own successful franchised business, Vicki understands the importance of finding and retaining the best staff. With an upper-graduate degree in Psychology from the University of New South Wales and extensive management experience in human resources processes, business improvement and cultural change in the workplace, Vicki is a passionate advocate for flexible employment in Australia.
