The results of our user survey are in!  Firstly, a big thankyou to all who participated, as the feedback has proven to be very valuable.  There were several key points highlighted that may help you with your human resource and advertising plans in 2009.  

• Highly qualified - with almost 70% of our visitors having tertiary qualifications, you have the best opportunity to fill your vacancies with experience and quality.  This may also encourage businesses to offer flexible hours for those "hard to fill" full time roles.  


• Part time specific - 79% of our visitors felt very comfortable searching through a dedicated portal such as Part Time Online as it allowed them to find more targeted roles in the area.  


• Company specific - 81% of our visitors appreciated the availability of extra information on our site, including the employer profiles.  If you have not considered a featured listing before, it may be worth looking at in the new year.
