As a Customer Service Representative 1 (CSR1), you would play a key customer facing role in our branch network. The goal of a CSR1 is to provide a great experience for our customers, contributing to our overall mission in becoming the number one service organisation in the financial services industry.
 
You will act to ensure customers immediate service needs are met and will also identify financial services sales opportunities through understanding our customers' broader financial needs, referring more complex banking needs to specialist team members.
 
Westpac will provide ongoing product and sales training to guide you in this role, allowing the opportunity to develop and progress in your career within the branch network. Your attitude and passion are as important to us as your previous experience.
