Part Time Online is giving an Ipod Nano to the person who refers the most "friends" to register with the site by September 30th, 2008.

The following Terms and Conditions apply:

• Competition starts Monday 11th August and closes at 11.59pm AEST on the 30th of September 2008.
• One 4Gb Ipod Nano (RRP AU$189) will be given away as part of the Competition
• Referred friends must register for Part Time Online using
  the unique url as provided through the online referral form.

• Each successful new registration through the unique url counts as one referral entry toward the referring party, unless the referred user has previously registered with Part Time Online.
• The prize-winner will be determined on the 2nd of October, 2008 and will be the entrant with the greatest number of referred parties, as recorded in the Part Time Online database, who have registered with Part Time Online.
• The prize-winner will be notified by email and by phone, if their registration form includes a phone number.
• Entry is open to all residents of Australia
• In the event of a tie situation, where the highest number of referrals is obtained by more than one person, the Competition will be extended (for those who have tied for the highest number of referrals only) for an additional 3 days (start and end dates will be determined once we have contacted all relevant parties), with the winner once again being the entrant with the highest number of new referrals by the new end date. This process will be repeated until we have one winner.
• Part Time Online reserves the right to disqualify any entrants that are deemed to engage in inappropriate or unacceptable conduct that unfairly disadvantages other entrants.
• Entering the draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
