How does it work?
Part Time Online’s ShortList is an easy step by step process to advertise your job to hundreds of thousands of job seekers, but rather than pay for advertising, you pay for the applications delivered.
For each role, you create a tailored application form which each candidate must complete when they apply. Only applications that meet your minimum specifications will be delivered, creating a short list of candidates for your consideration.
Step 1 - Advertise a Job and set the salary/hourly rate you are offering for the position. This will determine the base cost of each shortlisted application - like a recruiter's service, but at a fraction of the cost.
Step 2 - Build your own Application Form by selecting questions from the library. Every role has a minimum requirement, whether it is residency status, education, years of experience in a similar role, certifications, licences, location: you determine what the basic requirements for the role are, and only candidates that pass the minimum levels you set will be added to your ShortList. The questions and levels of experience you require determine the price per application .
Step 3 - Write the Advert. The free text job description field accepts up to 6000 characters, so you can describe the role, your company, and all the benefits. We will market your job via email to relevant candidates in our database, as well as distribute the job online to our network partners, to ensure maximum exposure and opportunity to find suitable candidates.
Step 4 - Confirm Short List numbers and Cost. You tell us how many applications you would like delivered in your ShortList, and this is the maximum number you will pay for. The best thing about Part Time Online’s ShortList is that you only pay for what is delivered – so if we can’t find candidates that meet your minimum requirements, you don’t pay a thing for advertising.
