Robert Marriott is General Manager, Human Resources (Corporate) for St. George Bank Limited. He was one of the featured speakers at the Flexible Accreditation Launch in Sydney and discussed how St. George's focus on employee benefits and flexibility has helped them to attract and retain talent.
