Robert Marriott is General Manager, Human Resources (Corporate) for St. George Bank Limited. He was one of the featured speakers at the Flexible Accreditation Launch in Sydney and discussed how St. George's focus on employee benefits and flexibility has helped them to attract and retain talent.
St. George Bank was the Gold Award Winner in the 2007 National ACCI Work and Family Awards. Robert has had responsibility for HR operations in corporate areas of the bank, the Bank's recruitment function and staff banking and benefits programs.
