Featured Employer Page Guide

Could your company brand be better represented both internally and externally when it comes to flexible employment practices?

Now there is an opportunity to support your brand and enhance the image your organisation holds in the flexible employment space. Dare to be different! Create a unique branded page online to attract like minded job seekers and reaffirm pride and commitment amongst your current workforce.

Building your material doesn't have to be a strenuous task, simplicity wins hands down when delivering key messages. To get started, consider the following:

  • Define your target market. Remember the key demographic groups enjoying the Part Time Online community include parents, mature aged, students, individuals wanting flexibility
  • Define the needs of the target market, what makes them tick? How will your policies fulfil their needs and expectations
  • Identify model individuals currently employed by your organisation who benefit from your policies and gain their input and feedback
  • Develop a plan on how you will attract others like them

Your employer page is your own "real estate" within Part Time Online and we encourage you to utilise it effectively. Branding starts from inside your organisation and it is essential to include current employee quotes and examples on the page to demonstrate how your organisation "lives" its values in this area.

A sample page structure may include

  • Some information about your organisation's products and services
  • Company logo: GIF, JPG, or PNG formats are preferred .. we will resize to max dimensions of 220x220 pixels for the featured employer page, and 140x52 pixels for logos featured on the Part Time Online homepage.
  • Featured image for top of employer page .. max dimensions of 700 x 140 pixels.
  • Other images for usage on the featured employer page.
  • A broad outline of your diversity and flexibility policies - 500 words is the recommended length
  • Quotes and examples of current employee usage. Use images where possible
  • Current job vacancies reflecting your policies ie you may have part time work, job share or flexible hours on offer in various areas
  • If you have no current vacancies, include contact details or links of where you wish to direct job seekers. This is a perfect way for you to build a database of candidates who genuinely wish to work for your organisation
  • A video of a key person in your organisation who can talk about the benefits of working with your company

We encourage you to use your creativity and your company's collateral to create outstanding material.
